Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Customisation & Shipping Policy

At Unblock By Jenny, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional hand-block printing techniques. We believe in complete transparency, so please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 15 business working days after order confirmation
• We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email
• Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier partner and destination

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Once the order has been processed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a product with a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong product

Return Conditions

• Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Only one return request per order is allowed
• Products must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags intact
• Original invoice/order details must be provided
• A return pickup will be arranged by us

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

• Product has been used, washed or damaged after delivery
• Product is returned without original tags or packaging
• Return request is raised after 5 days
• Product was purchased during a sale or discount
• Product has been customised
• Frequent return requests (more than once in a financial year) may be declined at our discretion

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues
• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product received

Exchange Conditions

• Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags
• Images and an unboxing video may be required for verification
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• If your selected replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same or lower value
• If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid
• No exchange of items purchased during sale

Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues
• Only exchange is available for size-related concerns

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

• Product lost in transit
• Wrong product shipped
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Order cannot be shipped within our committed timeline (upon customer request)
• Pricing error from our end

Refund Process

• Online prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method
• COD orders are refunded only via Bank Transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our end
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
• It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

• Size or fitting concerns
• Minor colour, print or design variations
• Natural characteristics of hand-block printed products
• Slight colour bleeding during initial washes
• Fabric shrinkage after the first wash
• Colour differences due to screen settings
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Two failed delivery attempts by the courier
• Refused deliveries
• Used, washed or damaged products
• Discounted products
• Customised products

6. Customisation Policy

We offer limited customisation on select products.

• Customisation is available only on prepaid orders
• Customised products cannot be cancelled after processing
• Customised products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund
• Customers requesting customisation should provide accurate measurements as requested

7. About Our Hand-Block Printed Products

Every Unblock By Jenny product is handcrafted using traditional Indian hand-block printing. Because of this:

• Slight variations in print placement, motifs and colours are natural
• Colour shades may vary slightly between production batches
• Natural vegetable dyes may bleed slightly during the first few washes (especially Indigo)
• Minor irregularities are part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects
• Cotton fabrics may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash
• Website images may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings

These characteristics make every piece beautifully unique.
