Every time you think about returning any of our “Unblock” product, we would like you to reconsider a few below-mentioned points because WE WANT YOU TO LOVE AND ACCEPT OUR PRODUCTS AND HAVE A HASSLE-FREE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

• Our products are manually printed using the traditional hand block printing technique. You may see slight irregularities in the motif and colours. It is the result of human involvement-in fact it's good news because it's a hallmark of handcrafted products. 
• We try to use natural vegetable dyes, hence they may rub dry or bleed colour in coming in contact with water for the first couple of times - Indigo colours being the most notorious.
• Two same designs may have slight variations in the colour shade because they may be made in different batches 
• Not all irregular weave or a print or a stitch is a defect, the hand block prints aren't supposed to have uniformity
• The colour on the website may differ from the actual piece.
• Please expect some shrinkage post first wash esp in cotton fabrics.
• Every body type is different so you may not always get the perfect fit. This is the reason we have 2 inches extra margin in all fabric. If you want, you can alter as per your fit.

• As a size inclusive brand, we do offer some amount of customisation starting from size 4XL, hence request you to always provide the exact details as asked .

Exchange Policy

In an unlikely event that any article you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided. Sharing videos and images of the product is a must.  Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund by coupons.
