Refund Policy
REFUND, REPLACE, EXCHANGE POLICY
Incase the item is damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item is delivered, we can provide a replacement for the same, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame i.e within 5 days after delivery. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
- You need to email us for all kinds of replacement requests.
- Return request can be done only once within 5 days of receiving the products.
- Incase the item received is damaged or not in its original condition, then no return request will be entertained.
- Customers may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he/she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.
- Customers need to courier the product to the Address mentioned on the home page.
- Unblock By Jenny shall reimburse the courier charges upon receiving the product.
- Incase the product returned is damaged, no refund and reimbursement on the courier charges will be made.
- No return will be made on sizing issues, only exchange possible. The amount has to be equivalent of the previous product.
- You need to email us for all kinds of return requests.
- Usually, we receive the products in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will proceed only if the product is returned undamaged. Following this, your refund, or a gift card, or an exchange will be initiated as per your requirements.
- If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives and the customer can choose whatever is suited the best. You may, however, look at existing stock and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price.
- If the order is confirmed by us but is not able to ship on time, we then give a refund if the customer demands.
- Products on discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Unblock By Jenny reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.
- Refund will be done via Bank Transfer.
- After refunding the money it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
Claiming Refunds
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking
As the charge on your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Unblock has erroneously sent you the wrong item/colour/size.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
- Refunds can only happen via Bank Transfer
- Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot deliver cash through couriers.
Refunds will only be done in the following cases:
- Packages were lost in transit.
- In case there is any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
- In case any wrong item has been shipped to you.
- In case you have received any damaged item
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With handprinted products, there will always be some variation between products.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
